Refunds and Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with our service and products. If, for any reason you are not entirely happy – please tell us.
The following items are excluded from our returns policy: Gift Vouchers, Beauty Products, Food Products, Food Gifts Sets, Incense Products. These products can only be returned in accordance with your legal rights.
Refunds will only be given in accordance with your legal rights on the above products. If your product is faulty, damaged or unfit for purpose, please contact us. Please note you will be asked to provide photographic evidence of any damaged goods.
You may return other unopened goods within 7 working days of receipt and, subject to inspection and acceptance, we will refund or provide replacement(s) as applicable.
Refunds will only be made via the credit/debit card used for the original transaction. Refunds will have post and packing charges deducted. Where an order qualified for free post and packing, we will deduct our post and packing costs from the refund. We reserve the right to deduct any other charges incurred by us such as credit card transaction fees, picking/packing costs, restocking costs, packaging material and return postage fees.
To request a refund or replacement please contact us first by email or telephone. We will require you to return the goods, at your cost, to us for inspection. We will not be liable for goods that are lost or damaged in transit and recommend that you obtain proof of posting.
Any uncollected packages that are returned to us, which included fresh fruit and/or vegetables, will require inspection before any refund can be offered. Other products which may be stained or damaged by the fruit and/or vegetables will be omitted from the refund.
Any goods dispatched by us in error remain the property of lakshmi stores. If you receive any goods by mistake, that weren’t ordered, please contact us within 7-days to arrange for us to collect them.
Orders
Orders are subject to product availability. If a product becomes unavailable, we will notify you via email.
Personalised Products
When ordering personalised products, you accept full responsibility for ensuring that all provided details, such as uploaded images or custom text, are accurate.
We will use the text or images exactly as provided, including any spelling or formatting errors.
A ‘proof read’ feature is provided online for you to verify the details before submission.
Cancellation of Orders
If you are contracting as a consumer, you may cancel a contract within 15 working days, beginning the day after you receive the products. You will receive a full refund in accordance with our refunds policy.
Return of Products
To cancel a contract, you must notify us in writing and return the products promptly at your own cost. You are legally obligated to take reasonable care of the products while in your possession. Failure to do so may result in a claim for compensation.

You do not have the right to cancel contracts for the supply of certain categories of products, including:
Availability and Delivery
Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date specified in the Dispatch Confirmation or, if no date is provided, within a reasonable timeframe, unless exceptional circumstances arise. Delivery will be made to the address you supply during checkout.
Risk and Title
Risk
Products become your responsibility upon delivery.
Title
Ownership of the products transfers to you only when we receive full payment for all sums due, including delivery charges.
Price and Payment
Price
Product prices and delivery charges are as quoted on our website, except in cases of obvious error.
VAT
Prices include VAT. If the VAT rate changes between your order date and delivery date, we will adjust the VAT accordingly unless you have already paid in full.
Changes in Price
Product prices and delivery charges may change at any time, but such changes will not affect orders for which a Dispatch Confirmation has already been sent.
Errors
While we strive to ensure accurate pricing, errors may occasionally occur. If a product’s correct price is lower than the stated price, we will charge the lower amount upon dispatch. If a product’s correct price is higher, we may contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you.
Mistakes
If a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable, and could reasonably have been recognized as such, we are not obligated to supply the product at the incorrect (lower) price.
Payment
Payment for all products must be made by credit or debit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Maestro, and Solo.
